Radio Vaticana reports:
"The logo for Pope Francis’ Apostolic Journey to Egypt, which takes place 28-29 April, has been released by the Egyptian Catholic Church.
The three main elements present in the logo are Egypt, Pope Francis, and Peace.
'Pope of Peace in Egypt of Peace' are the words in Arabic and English at the base of the logo.
Egypt is represented by the Nile River – a symbol of life – as well as by the pyramids and the Sphinx, which highlight the long history of civilization in this African country.
The Cross and Crescent Moon at the center of the logo represent the coexistence between the various components of the Egyptian people.
A white dove signifies peace, which is both the highest gift to which every human being can aspire and the greeting of monotheistic religions.
Finally, the dove precedes Pope Francis to announce his arrival as the Pope of Peace in a country of peace."
What is this but a false irenicism? The spirit of Antichrist is rising through Chrislam, see here.
In his classic treatise on the coming Antichrist entitled "The History of Antichrist," Rev. Pascal Huchede, who served as Professor of Theology at the Grand Seminary of Laval, France, explains that:
"To insure the success of his enterprise, he will employ means that naturally secure the service of men, such as imposture, recompense, violence, and miracles.
I. Imposture
By his deceitful craft he will detach the minds and hearts of all peoples from the religion of Jesus Christ. By his incomparable eloquence he will represent Jesus as an imposter; he will attack His doctrine and institutions, according to the teachings of St. Cyril of Jerusalem (Cat. 15], Damascus (c. 27), Jerome [in his work on the prophet Daniel).
After having weakened the faith of Christ in the minds and hearts of many, he will proceed to show that the law of Moses still prevails; he will reestablish the Sabbath and all the legal observances; and he will invite all the Jews to reestablish their nationality, after which he will declare himself to be the true messiah; ho will endeavor to prove the truth of his assertion from Scripture - he will declare his design of rebuilding Jerusalem and the temple and of bringing the whole world under his dominion. The carnal Jews, finding these projects in perfect harmony with their own prejudices, will easily acknowledge for the Messiah the one whom they desire. And after having at first despised and scorned him, they will subsequently receive and proclaim him king. (Dan, 11:21), According to St. Cyril of Jerusalem [Cath. 15), he will win the esteem and attachment of mankind by his urbane and unbounded kindness.
II. Rewards
The wily imposter will join to the illusions of hypocrisy the bait of temporal goods, as there will be no end to his riches. "For he shall have power over the treasures of gold and silver, and all the precious things of Egypt,” (Dun. 11:48]. St. Anselm says in his Elucidations that the devils will show him all the money which is hid and all the mines of the precious metals, out of which they will have money minted for him. These immense riches, which he will have distributed among his followers, will soon bring countless numbers to rally round his standard, and they will faithfully" carry out his designs in all things, for all things obey money (Ecclesiastes 10:19). Cupidity is the root of evil, or as the Apostle says: "For the desire of money is the desire of all evils, which some coveting have erred from the faith" (1 Tim. 6:10). Bribes even blind the wise and pervert the words of the just (Exod. 23:8)."
As the Antichrist begins to make himself known, devils will reveal where monies are hidden. Many prophets have seen this. Which makes the Vatican's suddenly finding hundreds of millions of Euros under the Pontificate of Francis most interesting. See here.
In accord with the Word of God in Daniel 11:43: "He [the Man of Sin] will gain control of the treasures of gold and silver and all the riches of Egypt, with the Libyans and Cushites[e] in submission."
Proximate preparation for the Son of Perdition. And many are those who will succumb to the allure of riches or fame or power. Those whose names are not written in the Book of life.

U.S. Government using aid money to normalize the commercial sexual exploitation of young people
US Government Funds Youth “Sex Work” Programs
By Tyler Ament
WASHINGTON, February 10 (C-FAM) A program funded by the United States government is using aid money to normalize commercial sexual exploitation of young people in the developing world.
Under the guise of providing health services to “young people who sell sex,” critics charge the Interagency Youth Working Group with working to normalize the commercial sexual exploitation of young people.
The program, which is funded by the US Agency for International Development, focuses on developing “interventions to reduce health risks” faced by young people involved in “commercial sex work.”
Describing various threats to the well being of young prostitutes, the program lists discrimination, and urges changes in societal norms and public policy rather than the behavior of the “sex workers.”
Critics say such strategies don’t get at the underlying problem, which is the commercial sexual exploitation of young people. They say that the focus on providing health services to “youth sex workers” is merely a harm-reduction approach, which only reduces the harm they face in the dangerous world of prostitution.
Laura Lederer is one such critic of the harm-reduction approach, and is no stranger to the commercial sexual exploitation issue. Starting in the nongovernmental sector, Lederer, was instrumental in drafting and passing the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, which mandated the creation of the U.S. State Department’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons. As Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary for Global Affairs in the Department of State she traveled to over 50 countries to see the problem first-hand, visiting red-light districts, shelters, and service providers for human trafficking victims. Currently, she is president of Global Centurion, an organization dedicated to combating the demand side of the commercial sexual exploitation problem.
She says that the harm-reduction and normalization approach does not properly address the multi-leveled problem of commercial sexual exploitation. Dr. Jeff Barrows, a medical expert on the issue, says that these approaches are like “putting a bandage on a child in a burning building and walking away.” Lederer says, “We must find a way to get children out of the burning building.”
Some say that some poverty-stricken young people are engaging in what some call “survival sex.” Lederer responds that they, too, are victims of commercial sexual exploitation.
Lederer sees the push for normalization of “youth sex work” as part of the broader debate about whether prostitution should be considered work. She says that a crucial part of the debate is the question of whether all things are for sale. She says that the fact that developed countries like the United States donate rather than sell human organs and blood is indicative of the fact that we “categorize things so that we can protect our humanity,” and that commoditizing the human body through “sex work” is a step away from respecting the dignity of every human person.
The Interagency Youth Working Group is funded by the United States Agency for International Development through the Knowledge For Health Project.
Many thanks to Tyler Ament and the good folks over at C-FAM for exposing this. Increasingly, the rights of Christian children and their parents are coming under attack. Why? No one has ever put it more eloquently than Randy Engel:
"Is it any wonder that the state must wage war against the family? For the state requires not individuals who dream, and think, and pray, but rather what has come to be called 'the mass man' - rootless, unaffirmed, a reactor - a mere reed blowing in the wind - a thing to be manipulated, to be used, to be disposed of, but never, never, to be loved, for the giant has no heart. And since the modern state has no heart, that which men previously have done out of love, must now be done out of fear, and hatred, and brute force." (The Family Under Siege, The Wanderer, March 6, 1980).
This is why the U.S. funds Planned Parenthood, a racist organization which has given aid to a pimp's underage sex ring. See here.

New York Times columnist Paul Krugman: "Death Panels" will save "a lot of money" for the government

"The advisory panel which has the ability to make more or less binding judgments on saying this particular expensive treatment actually doesn't do any good medically and so we are not going to pay for it. That is actually going to save quite a lot of money." - Paul Krugman.
The New York Times portrayed Sarah Palin as a liar for warning the people about such an "advisory panel." See here. President Obama dismissed the notion of "death panels" becoming a reality, saying: "The rumor that’s been circulating a lot lately is this idea that somehow the House of Representatives voted for 'death panels' that will basically pull the plug on grandma … this arose out of a provision in one of the House bills that allowed Medicare to reimburse people for consultations about end-of-life care, setting up living wills, the availability of hospice, et cetera. So the intention of the members of Congress was to give people more information so that they could handle issues of end-of-life care when they’re ready, on their own terms. It wasn’t forcing anybody to do anything. This is I guess where the rumor came from." (See here).
As I warned last year, "Having abandoned the God of love, the Supreme Creator, 21st-century man is now ready to worship himself and to usurp the divine powers of creation and destruction. In the words of Dr. Edmund Leach of King's College at Cambridge: 'The scientist can now play God in his role as wonder-worker, but can he - and should he - also play God as moral arbiter?...There can be no source for these moral judgments except the scientist himself. In traditional religion, morality was held to derive from God, but God was only credited with the authority to establish and enforce moral laws because He was also credited with supernatural powers of creation and destruction. Those powers have now been usurped by man, and he must take on the moral responsibility that goes with them' (Edmund Leach, "We Scientists Have the Right to Play God," The Saturday Evening Post, November 16, 1968, p. 16).
But make no mistake about it, when man becomes God society becomes, in the words of the French philosopher Gabriel Marcel, 'a termite colony.' We are still in the twilight. But unless we take a stand now, we will have the Moloch state. As at Auschwitz, men will determine who has quality of life and who should be "mercifully terminated."
