One step closer to a fifth marian dogma?

Mary Coredemptrix, Mediatrix, Advocate: a fifth Marian Dogma which will unleash a Second Pentecost and the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

It was Pope Benedict XV, in his Letter Inter Sodalicia of March 22, 1918, who said that, "According to the common teaching of the Doctors it was God's design that the Blessed Virgin Mary, apparently absent from the public life of Jesus, should assist Him when He was dying nailed to the Cross. Mary suffered and, as it were, nearly died with her suffering Son; for the salvation of mankind she renounced her mother's rights and, as far as it depended on her, offered her Sonto placate divine justice; so we may well say that she with Christ redeemed mankind."

As Mgsr. Arthur B. Calkins explains, "Benedict speaks clearly here of our redemption as a joint effort. This, of course, takes nothing away from the fact that Jesus' merits were all-sufficient for our redemption or that Mary, as a human creature, could never equal her divine Son. Rather he recognizes that Mary's presence on Calvary was 'according to God's design' that it was willed by God as flowing from the indissoluble bond between Jesus and Mary in the work of our salvation which was already pointed to in the Protoevangelium."

Pope John Paul II, in a homily given at the Marian Shrine of Nuestra Senora de la Alborada [Our Lady of the Dawn] in Guayaquil, Ecuador on January 31, 1985, said that:

"Mary goes before us and accompanies us. The silent journey that begins with her Immaculate Conception and passes through the "yes" of Nazareth, which makes her the Mother of God, finds on Calvary a particularly important moment. Ther also, accepting and assisting at the sacrifice of her son, Mary is the dawn of Redemption; ...Crucified spiritually with her crucified son (cf. Gal 2: 20), she contemplated with heroic love the death of her God, she 'lovingly consented to the immolation of this Victim which she herself had brought forth' (Lumen Gentium, 58)...In fact, at Calvary she united herself with the sacrifice of her Son that led to the foundation of the Church; her maternal heart shared to the very depths the will of Christ 'to gather into one all the dispersed children of God' (Jn 11: 52). Having suffered for the Church, Mary deserved to become the Mother of all the disciples of her Son, the Mother of their unity...The Gospels do not tell us of an appearance of the risen Christ to Mary. Nevertheless, as she was in a special way close to the Cross of her Son, she also had to have a privileged experience of his Resurrection. In fact, Mary's role as Coredemptrix did not cease with the glorification of her Son."

On September 15, 1980, Our Lady told Father Stephano Gobbi, "You will see the greatest marvels everywhere, because the times of my maternal co-redemption have arrived." It was St. Louis de Montfort who referred to this role of Mary in the latter times as "a great mystery." But there are dark forces which oppose a fifth Marian Dogma. The Devil and his followers know that when Our Lady is proclaimed Co-Redemptrix, their end will soon be at hand. This fifth Marian Dogma is the key to the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and will lead to an outpouring of the Holy Spirit such as has not been seen since the first Pentecost. This Second Pentecost will signal total and decisive defeat for the Devil and his followers. Which is why the forces of ecclesiastical masonry have always and everywhere opposed this fifth Marian Dogma.
In his True Devotion to Mary, Nos. 50-52, St. Louis de Montfort explains that:
"God wishes to make Mary better known in the latter times.

God wishes therefore to reveal Mary, his masterpiece, and make her more known in these latter times:

(1) Because she kept herself hidden in this world and in her great humility considered herself lower than dust, having obtained from God, his apostles and evangelists the favour of being made known.

(2) Because, as Mary is not only God's masterpiece of glory in heaven, but also his masterpiece of grace on earth, he wishes to be glorified and praised because of her by those living upon earth.

(3) Since she is the dawn which precedes and discloses the Sun of Justice Jesus Christ, she must be known and acknowledged so that Jesus may be known and acknowledged.

(4) As she was the way by which Jesus first came to us, she will again be the way by which he will come to us the second time though not in the same manner.

(5) Since she is the sure means, the direct and immaculate way to Jesus and the perfect guide to him, it is through her that souls who are to shine forth in sanctity must find him. He who finds Mary finds life, that is, Jesus Christ who is the way, the truth and the life. But no one can find Mary who does not look for her. No one can look for her who does not know her, for no one seeks or desires something unknown. Mary then must be better known than ever for the deeper understanding and the greater glory of the Blessed Trinity.

(6) In these latter times Mary must shine forth more than ever in mercy, power and grace; in mercy, to bring back and welcome lovingly the poor sinners and wanderers who are to be converted and return to the Catholic Church; in power, to combat the enemies of God who will rise up menacingly to seduce and crush by promises and threats all those who oppose them; finally, she must shine forth in grace to inspire and support the valiant soldiers and loyal servants of Jesus Christ who are fighting for his cause.

(7) Lastly, Mary must become as terrible as an army in battle array to the devil and his followers, especially in these latter times. For Satan, knowing that he has little time - even less now than ever - to destroy souls, intensifies his efforts and his onslaughts every day. He will not hesitate to stir up savage persecutions and set treacherous snares for Mary's faithful servants and children whom he finds more difficult to overcome than others.

It is chiefly in reference to these last wicked persecutions of the devil, daily increasing until the advent of the reign of anti- Christ, that we should understand that first and well-known prophecy and curse of God uttered against the serpent in the garden of paradise. It is opportune to explain it here for the glory of the Blessed Virgin, the salvation of her children and the confusion of the devil. "I will place enmities between you and the woman, between your race and her race; she will crush your head and you will lie in wait for her heel" (Gen. 3:15).

God has established only one enmity - but it is an irreconcilable one - which will last and even go on increasing to the end of time. That enmity is between Mary, his worthy Mother, and the devil, between the children and the servants of the Blessed Virgin and the children and followers of Lucifer.

Thus the most fearful enemy that God has set up against the devil is Mary, his holy Mother. From the time of the earthly paradise, although she existed then only in his mind, he gave her such a hatred for his accursed enemy, such ingenuity in exposing the wickedness of the ancient serpent and such power to defeat, overthrow and crush this proud rebel, that Satan fears her not only more than angels and men but in a certain sense more than God himself. This does not mean that the anger, hatred and power of God are not infinitely greater than the Blessed Virgin's, since her attributes are limited. It simply means that Satan, being so proud, suffers infinitely more in being vanquished and punished by a lowly and humble servant of God, for her humility humiliates him more than the power of God. Moreover, God has given Mary such great power over the evil spirits that, as they have often been forced unwillingly to admit through the lips of possessed persons, they fear one of her pleadings for a soul more than the prayers of all the saints, and one of her threats more than all their other torments."
We are engaged in an intense spiritual war. There are two camps, two armies: the children of Mary and the children of the Devil. There is no "middle ground." The children of Mary cannot find "common ground" with the children of Belial. There is enmity. Because I am a child of Mary, I often find myself unwelcome even at my own parish! I have heard priests ridicule devotion to the Holy Rosary and have met with almost constant opposition while attempting to promote the Holy Rosary and marian devotion in general.
This is the time of decision. But it is quickly coming to an end. We must decide which camp, which army, we belong to. Are we children of Mary or children of the Devil. If we believe it is possible to place ourselves somewhere in the middle, straddling the fence between good and evil, pretending to be children of Mary while accommodating the children of the Devil, seeking "common ground" where none may be found, then we should meditate very carefully on Revelation 3: 16.

The darkness is spreading as the Apostasy engulfs everything. As Ted Flynn notes, "When Mary is proclaimed Co-Redemptrix, as she herself has stated, conditions will further deteriorate inside the Church. It will be a combination of events such as an economic collapse and social collapse which will lead mankind to the acceptance of the Antichrist and his ecclesiastical puppet - the antichurch....The elements of the Apostasy have been given to us in great detail: Freemasonry, ecclesiastical apostasy, the worship of man over God, and extreme division on earth, the setting up of an idol to put in the place of Christ and the Church, and a false christ and a false church. All that has been predicted is being fulfilled....the prophecy of La Salette, France is coming to fruition."

One of the most significant revelations of Our Lady of All Nations was given on November 15, 1951, when Our Lady appeared on the Earth-globe with a cross at her back, rays streaming from her outstreched hands, and a multitude of sheep gathered around the globe. She said: " The Lady of All Nations is here, standing before the cross of her son; her feet are placed in the very midst of the world, and the flock of Jesus Christ surrounds her. It is as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix that I come at these times. I was Co-Redemptrix from the moment of the Annunciation. This is the meaning: the mother has been constituted Co-Redemptrix by the will of the Father. Tell this to your theologians. Tell them likewise that this dogma will be the last in Marian History. "

Our Lady revealed to Ida Perleman during her fiftieth vision on May 31, 1954, that on a future date of May 31, the Co-Redemptrix, Mediatrix, and Advocate would receive her official title of Our Lady of All Nations. In the course of the same message, the Lady also said: " When the dogma--the last dogma in Marian history--has been proclaimed, the Lady of All Nations would procure peace, genuine peace for the world. But the nations must say my prayer in union with the Church. Then they will experience that the Lady has come as Co-Redemptrix, Mediatrix, and Advocate. So be it. "

Saint Louis de Montfort called this role of Mary ( Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix ) in the latter times a " great mystery, and let all tongues be mute. "

Ellen, thank you for that excellent input. In Redemptoris Mater, No. 39, Pope John Paul II explains that, "Mary entered, in a way all her own, into the one mediation 'between God and men' which is the mediation of the man Christ Jesus (cf. 1 Tim 2:5)...we must say that through this fullness of grace and supernatural life she was especially predisposed to cooperation with Christ, the one Mediator of human salvation. And such cooperation is precisely this mediation subordinated to the mediation of Christ...In Mary's case we have a special and exceptional mediation..."

There are some who insist that to proclaim this solemnly would harm ecumenism. But their tired arguments have been soundly refuted. The time has come to declare Our Lady Co-Redemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate.

Asia and Tess...thank you as well for your comments. I am very familiar with Our Lady of All Nations and her messages. A most significant message for mankind.

God bless you all!

Dr. Mark Miravalle writes, "What do St. Padre Pio, St. Francis Xavier Cabrini, St. Gemma Galgani, St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Leopold Mandic, St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, St. Jose Maria Escriva, Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, Servant of God, John Paul II, and Sr. Lucia of Fatima all have in common (beyond their eminent sanctity as witnessed by the twentieth century)? They all repeatedly invoked Our Lady as the “Co-redemptrix” and taught the doctrine of Marian coredemption concerning Mary’s unparalleled role with and under Jesus Christ in the Redemption of the human family."

It's now time for the Church to define this doctrine as Dogma. The Church needs this as a sort of "spiritual stimulus." Such a proclamation will ignite a Holy Fire from the Holy Spirit.

What are we waiting for?

As more and more parishes close throughout the Worcester Diocese, there seems to be little or no time for promoting authentic marian groups and devotions but plenty of time to promote the dissent group Pax Christi or New Age guru Joyce Rupp. To say that our Diocese is in crisis would be an understatement.

Someone calling himself/herself "Concerned guest" posed the following [good] question at the Holy Cross Cardinal Newman Society website:

"The possible Dogma of Mary as Co-redemptrix does not mean that Mary is elevated to the level of God which would cause conflict with the Dogmatic belief in the Trinity. It means that Mary can participate in our salvation by her intercession. Nothing much will have change, so why change anything?"

I posted the following response drawing from Mgsr Calkins excellent article:

Mgsr Calkins answers the question "why change anything"?:

Why propose a papal definition?

It has been noted that there are already four dogmas about Mary. They are that she is (1) the Mother of God (Theotokos)[53] ; (2) ever-virgin [54]; that she was (3) immaculately conceived [55] and (4) assumed body and soul into heaven. All of these truths of the faith pertain to the person of Mary, but thus far the Church has not yet proposed to the faithful in the most solemn manner the truth about Mary's role in their lives...

The moral turpitude and permissiveness of the world in which we live daily becomes more apparent and more appalling -- and it seeps into the Church. Contraception, abortion, the breakup of families, blatant pornography in the media, the attempted justification of homosexuality, militant feminism, the confusion of the roles of man and woman, the promotion of a society without values - all of these plague the sons and daughters of the Catholic Church. Popes Paul VI and John Paul II have not hesitated to stand up to these myriad errors with courage, providing clear guidelines and admonishing the faithful to be converted and follow the way of the Gospel. Thirty years after Humanæ Vitæ the prophetic wisdom of Paul VI is far more apparent than it was in 1968, but has the tide changed?

In many places careless, insensitive and imprudent innovations have been introduced into the Church's worship. A new form of iconoclasm has caused the wanton destruction of many Catholic sanctuaries. Further, there is a notable tendency at work on various levels to shift the orientation of the liturgy from being God-centered to being more man-centered. The language of the "holy sacrifice of the Mass" is slowly disappearing from our vocabulary. Even more, there is an attempt on the part of some highly placed strategists to de-construct the present Roman liturgy and render it less recognizable. All of this has led to massive disorientation on the part of priests, religious and laity, resulting in many defections and apostasy. Can we reasonably expect that more directives on the right application of the Church's liturgical norms will dramatically alter the present situation?...

I am convinced that a papal definition of Mary as Coredemptrix, Mediatrix of all graces and Advocate for the People of God could have incalculable positive effects, both direct and indirect, in all of these areas that will come in no other way. This is because

Mary, present in the Church as the Mother of the Redeemer, takes part, as a mother, in that "monumental struggle against the powers of darkness" which continues throughout human history.

She is not only the "Woman" of the Protoevangelium (Gen. 3.15), but also the triumphant "Woman" of the Apocalypse (Rev. 12). The more that the Church recognizes her role in our salvation, proclaims it and celebrates it, the more Satan will be vanquished and the more Jesus will reign. The Fathers of the Second Vatican Council already gave voice to this intuition when they stated in Lumen Gentium 65 that when she [Mary] is being preached and venerated, she summons the faithful to her Son and His sacrifice, and to love for the Father. Seeking after the glory of Christ, the Church becomes more like her exalted model, and continually progresses in faith, hope, and charity, searching out and doing the will of God in all things."

This at a time when Marxism is beginning to triumph in America. This was published in Pravda:

American capitalism gone with a whimper
27.04.2009 Source: Pravda.Ru

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blind the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more then ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?

satan was given his 100 yrs (Pope Leo XIII) he lost. now the direction that Pope Leo saw that satan would try to take us is unfolding. Pope Leo wrote some about the evils of socialism. Also, about companies treating workers with respect. He gave us the weapon to use and writings on the Rosary. now satan knows he has months or days left and is trying to push his agenda thru. this is pride in panic mode. it is almost the end for him and Mary thru her Son will be the one who Crushes satan's plan. Encourage others to hold on. Victory is at hand.
